A DECOMPOSING body stuffed inside a sack was found dumped on the road in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Tanod Jeffrey Canco on Thursday told police that a group of children playing on Abacan Riverbank Service Road in Bgy. Ninoy Aquino, Angeles City found the sack.
Members of the Angeles City Police Station 6 led by Maj. Dexter Ebbat responded to the report and found the decomposing body inside the sack.
Police cordoned off the area and launched a probe to identify the victim and the suspects who dumped the body in the area.
