A Healthy City, the livelihood of Calapeños is secure! Mindoro, Oriental-Calapan City Mayor Doy Leachon presented the checks worth P1.8 million fund for the various Sustainable Livelihood Programs (SLP) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The said checks were delivered to organizations from the barangays, which they will use for their business start-ups and development initiatives.
