ENCHANTED Kingdom (EK) is marking its 31st anniversary this October with enhanced attractions and a month-long celebration highlighting Philippine biodiversity, sustainability and Filipino music.
At the center of the festivities is the second set of enhancements to AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY, EK’s award-winning flying theater attraction, which will officially launch its updated areas on Oct. 17.
The enhanced experience will feature new pre- and post-show elements designed to deepen guests’ appreciation of Philippine biodiversity and the importance of protecting the country’s natural heritage.
One of the major additions is Kwento ng Agila, an immersive walkthrough at the entrance of the AGILA building. It will take guests behind the attraction’s development, including the inspiration and symbolism behind its architecture and the work of the all-Filipino team that created it.
The walkthrough will also introduce guests to the Philippine eagle and its natural habitat, featuring species that thrive within its ecosystem and tracing the bird’s life cycle and plight as one of the world’s critically endangered species.
The initiative builds on EK’s support for Philippine eagle conservation, including its adoption and continued assistance for the care and breeding of Enchanting Kagitingan, a male Philippine eagle, in partnership with the Philippine Eagle Foundation.
The experience will extend to the landing queue leading to the Enchanted Forest, where augmented reality features accessible through guests’ smartphones will add interactive elements to the attraction.
EK has also revamped PUGAD, its in-house concept store, incorporating entertainment and educational elements to complement the AGILA experience.
The existing AGILA facilities will remain operational and accessible to guests, while the newly enhanced areas will officially open on Oct. 17.
AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY was reimagined in October 2025, nearly a decade after its original launch, with greater emphasis on sustainability and appreciation of the country’s natural heritage. In January 2026, it was recognized as the Best ASEAN New Tourism Attraction by the ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA).
The enhanced attraction will be part of EK’s Fiesta ng Saribuhay, the theme park’s month-long 31st anniversary celebration.
The festivities will include the Fiesta ng Saribuhay Concert on Oct. 17 at the Spaceport Grounds, featuring award-winning R&B hitmaker Dionela, rising P-pop girl group XONARA of 1Z Entertainment, indie band Sacred Red, other emerging artists, and EK homegrown talents SMS and Kingsmen.
The celebration will culminate with Lipad ng Agila: A Pyromusical Fiesta, featuring pyrotechnic displays and symbolic imagery inspired by the anniversary theme.
The Fiesta ng Saribuhay Anniversary Parade will also be held every weekend in October, with EK Storyverse characters bringing the celebration to the park’s themed zones. Streetdance performers will join the Oct. 17 parade ahead of the anniversary concert.
On Oct. 11, EK will hold Run to 31: Takbo ng Saribuhay, a biodiversity-themed fun run organized with the United RSBS Boulevard Stakeholders Federation (URSF). Participants can choose from 1.5K, 3K and 5K routes, with registration available through the EK Online Store.
EK homegrown groups SMS and Kingsmen will also release new music for the anniversary. SMS will release its rendition of Lipad, while Kingsmen has re-recorded a festive version of Saribuhay. Both tracks will be released on major streaming platforms.
Other attractions include the Ube-Matcha Festival at the Agila Grounds from Oct. 14 to 18 and Palarong Pinoy, featuring skill-based activities inspired by traditional Filipino street games.
EK is also expanding its food offerings with new tenant partners. Minimelts was launched in September, while Mango Royal is scheduled to open on Oct. 3.
Schedules and activities are subject to change with prior notice.
