AGENTS of the National Bureau of Investigation – Western Visayas Regional Office (NBI-WEVRO) arrested a former FM disc jockey in Iloilo City for alleged blackmail and “sextortion.”
The NBI-Public Information Office did not divulge the identity of the suspect and the complainant.
The arrest was made following a complaint from a female call center agent alleging that the suspect had filmed her naked and recorded their sexual intercourse without her permission.
According to the complainant, the suspect became aggressive and blackmailed her after accusing her of seeing another man.
The suspect reportedly threatened to release the victim’s naked photos and videos on the internet unless she revealed the identity of her lover and had sexual intercourse with him again.
She added that the suspect even threatened to post her sex videos on adult pornography sites and in her workplace group chat, prompting her to seek the help of the NBI, who immediately set up an entrapmenrt.
