IN a meaningful interview with DZRH News Television on April 7, 2025, 1st Nominee and Founding Chairperson, CongW. Mildred Vitangcol of the #100 HELP Pilipinas Partylist, wholeheartedly and dedicatedly shared her dream for a healthier and more prosperous Philippines. She mentioned that if she is lucky enough to win a seat in Congress in the upcoming May 12 elections, her top priority will be strengthening medical services for the poor, to ensure that no Filipino is left behind in accessing quality healthcare.

Dr. Vitangcol highlighted HELP Pilipinas’ innovative initiatives, such as mobile clinics that include ultrasound services and the distribution of essential vitamins, especially to pregnant women. He said these mobile units provide free consultations right in the homes of those in need, especially those who cannot afford to go to health centers or hospitals. He stressed the importance of implementing a comprehensive health program, saying, “Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. It is our duty to act and work together to address the gaps in the health system.”
Aside from health, Dr. Vitangcol also expressed his dedication to uplifting the country through programs focused on education and livelihood. He sees a future where every Filipino has access to opportunities that will improve their quality of life. “There is still much to be done to uplift our country and help our fellow Filipinos. Together, we can promote a brighter future,” he added.
