MAYOR Crisostomo Garbo of Mabalacat City, Pampanga has offered a P100,000 reward to anyone who can give information for the capture of the suspects in the rape-slaying of a 15-year-old girl in the city.
The victim’s body was found by the police in Bgy. Atlubola Riverside, Mabalacat City, Pampanga on October 29.
Mayor Garbo, together with Mabalacat City police chief Lt. Col. Abraham Abayari, visited the wake of the teenage girl.
The mayor ordered the local police to do their best in solving the crime and bring justice to the family.
According to the victim’s father, on October 28 her daughter asked for money since she got good grades from the school.
The father told the victim he will accompany her after washing his feet. However, the victim left the house without informing her father.
He was later told that his daughter was found lifeless im Bgy. Atlubola Riverside .
The father rushed to the place and saw her daughter almost naked, with traces of blood in the body.
An investigation is ongoing.
