A MALE accountant who was reported missing was found dead in Lanao del Sur.
Police identified the victim as Ezzel Tan, accountant of the Commission on Population and Development Office in Soccsksargen (South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos City).
The victim was found with gunshot wounds in a remote area in Bgy. Molimoc, Balabagan municipality. There were signs that he was tortured, according to authorities.
Tan was reported missing on July 18. He was last seen driving his car, a Toyota Avanza with license plate LGX 113.
Police are is still locating the victim’s car.
