OPERATIVES of the Quezon Police Provincial Office on Wednesday arrested in Laguna a rape suspect listed as most wanted felon in Tayabas City, Quezon.
Nabbed was Francisco Fernandez Nanea, 75, a native of Brgy. Masin, Tayabas City.
Quezon police director Col. Joel Villanueva said Nanea was caught by virtue of an arrest order issued by Lucena City Regional Trial Court Presiding Judge Dennis Galahad Orendain.
According to police records, the suspect was accused of raping a girl on the night of January 21, 2018.
Nanea did not resist when arrested at his hideout in Siniloan, Laguna.
