POLICE on Thursday arrested a man tagged as the no. 1 most wanted person in Balamban, Cebu.
Police Regional Office 7 director Brig. Gen.Roderick Augustus B. Alba identified the suspect as Florie Pacquiao alias “Flourencio,” a 46-year-old resident of Sitio Roadside in Bgy. Singsing, Balamban municipality.
Pacquiao was arrested on the strength of a non-bailable warrant of arrest for rape.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Judilyn Hugo Tapia-Menchavez of the Toledo City Regional Trial Court.
The suspect is now being held at the Balamban police jail.
