THE Department of Agriculture Calabarzon issuing this notice following information brought to their attention via the TV and radio news program Bitag, concerning an individual named John Carlo Dela Cruz, residing at 1027 Purok 1, Brgy. Pulo, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.
Mr. Dela Cruz has been implicated in alleged fraudulent schemes that have targeted rice farmers and
rice traders in the provinces of Isabela, Bulacan, and Laguna resulting to significant losses to the
victims.
DA4-A treat this matter with utmost seriousness and we strongly advise the public to exercise extreme
caution and refrain from any dealings with Mr. Dela Cruz
