Over 900 pupils from Camp Olivas Elementary School learned the proper way of brushing their teeth and each received a new set of dental kit from the PRO3 Officers Ladies Club headed by Mrs. Zinnia Pasiwen and Mrs. Gina Vargas.
Mrs. Pasiwen said the PRO3-OLC collaborated with the Regional Medical and Dental Unit 3 led by LRMDU3 OIC Lt. Col. Jesus Ostrea, and Camp Olivas Elementary School principal Leonardo D. Lobo for the conduct of the outreach program.
Dubbed “Handog Pasasalamat ng PRO3 Officer’s Ladies Club ngayong Feb-ibig,” medical and dental team from RMDU3 held lectures on dengue awareness and dental-oral hygiene care followed by fluoridation of the students.
Mrs. Pasiwen also distributed oral hygiene kits and food packs to all elementary schoolers.
