Laguna Rep. Ruth Hernandez (2nd District) today filed her Certificate of Candidacy (COC) to seek the governorship of the Province of Laguna. She is joined by her running mate, vice gubernatorial candidate Atty. JM Carait, and her husband, outgoing Governor Ramil Hernandez who filed his COC for Congressman of the Second Legislative District of the province. All are candidates of Lakas-CMD.
GOVERNOR Ramil Hernandez , Cong. Ruth Hernandez and Board Member JM Carait filed their COCs October 7, 2024. Ruth Hernandez is running for Governor in Laguna with her running mate JM Carait, who is running for Vice- Governor.
Third-term Governor Ramil Hernandez will run as Representative of 2nd District of Laguna.
After pushing legislation for education reforms and public health care system expansion in the 18th and current 19th Congresses, Rep. Ruth Hernandez pledges to continue the “SERBISYONG TAMA” program of her husband in the province of Laguna.
