SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez hands over P500,000 financial assistance to Lilina and Lourdenis Castelvi, parents of Overseas Filipino Worker Paul Vincent Manalad Castelvi who was killed during Hamas attack in Kibbutz Beeri, Israel. With Romualdez during his visit to the family of Castelvi at Juliana St. Purok 2 Juliana San Fernando Pampanga are Senior Deputy Speaker and Pampanga Rep Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales, Jr. and Pampanga Gov. Dennis Pineda. Castelvi’s wife Jovelle, who is 8 months pregnant, is also working as a caregiver in Tel Aviv, Israel.
