Instead of flowers, the Laguna PNP under Laguna Police OIC Provincial Director Col. Rogarth Campo gave 265 sacks of rice to uniformed and non- uniformed personnel of the Police Provincial Headquarters during last Monday’s celebration of the Valentines Day. The giving of rice was part of the “My Brother’s Keeper” Valentine’s Day special event that aims to boost the morale and welfare of the members of the Laguna PPO.
