A TEACHER on Wednesday was killed in a fire that destroyed his rented room in Macalelon, Quezon
The victim was identified as Limuel Soliman, 39.
An investigation showed Soliman was in his room in a two-storey commercial building in Bgy. Rizal in Macalelon when the fire broke out at 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
Soliman failed to get out of the building during the blaze.
Firefighters responded and were able to put out the fire at 1:15 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities are investigating what started the fire.
