TINGOG Partylist reaffirms its dedication to serving as the voice of the underrepresented and marginalized sectors of society as it files the certificate of candidacy today, October 7, 2024, through its Legal Counsel, Atty. Al Bonghanoy with the Party’s Chairperson and Presidential Management Staff (PMS) Undersecretary for Service Continuity, Mark R. Gimenez, Secretary General Luningning B. Lariosa, and Director for Community Engagements, Karla Estrada.
