A TEENAGER listed as most wanted person for rape in Batangas was arrested by the police in his hiding place in Bgy. Bungahan, Ibaan town.
Ibaan Municipal Police Station chief Maj. Emil Mendoza said the accused was an 18-year-old resident of Bgy. Bungahan, Ibaan, Batangas.
Deputy police chief Lt. Lloyd Argente Maralit led the intelligence operatives of the town in arresting the young suspect.
The arrest warrant was issued on September 16 by Acting Presiding Judge Maricel Magpantay-NG of the Regional Trial Court of Batangas City.
The young suspect is now under the custody of the Ibaan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
