SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez on Friday reaffirmed Congress’ full commitment to bolstering the country’s real estate sector, emphasizing its crucial role in driving economic growth and improving the lives of Filipino families.
In his message during the 25th Anniversary Gala of RE/MAX Philippines at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Speaker Romualdez underscored the sector’s contribution to stability, progress and opportunity for Filipino families.
“As Speaker of the House of Representatives, I fully recognize the vital role that real estate plays in our economy,” said the leader of the 306-strong House of Representatives.
“That is why we in Congress continue to support policies that foster a strong, competitive, and sustainable real estate sector—ensuring that businesses like RE/MAX thrive and that homeownership remains an achievable dream for many Filipinos.”
He said the celebration of the 25th anniversary of RE/MAX is a remarkable milestone that reflects not only longevity but also a legacy of excellence and leadership in the real estate industry.
