ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO drug suspects were arrested during the weeklong anti-crime operations by the Central Luzon police force under Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr..
Hidalgo vowed a relentless and intensified campaign against illegal drugs in the region.
According to the official, from July 3 to 9, the Police Regional Office 3 have arrested 142 suspects during its
102 anti-illegal drug operations conducted in the region.
Among those arrested was the leader of the Valderama Criminal Gang in Floridablanca while 206.52 grams of shabu, with an estimated value of P1,404,363.20, were confiscated.
“Our continuous anti-illegal drug operations are carried out in line with the directives of the PNP chief, Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr., for aggressive and honest law enforcement operations to rid our communities of criminals and lawless elements,” the Central Luzon police director said.
