THE House of Representatives has issued subpoenas to Sarah Discaya of Alpha & Omega General Construction, Mark Arevalo of Wawao Builders Corp., Miguel Juntura of St. Timothy Construction Corp., Romeo Miranda of Royal Crown Monarch Construction, and Sally Santos of Syms Construction Trading.
They are directed to appear before the House Committee on Infrastructure on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 9 a.m. to testify in connection with the panel’s ongoing investigation
