PAHAYAG SA PAGKADISMAYA
DISMAYADO at nabigla si Davao 1st District Congressman Poalo Duterte dahil sa aniya’y desparadong motibo ng kanyang mga kasamahang mambabatas sa House of Represenatatives sa pangangalap ng pirma upang mapatalsik ang kanyang kapatid na si Vice-President Sara Duterte.
Sa kanyang pahayag , sinabi nito na nangunguna si Ilo-ilo 1st District Representative Janette Garin nsa panganangalap ng lagda sa mga kasamahang kongresista upang agarang mapruabhan ito at maipadala ang impeachment sa senado sa huling araw ng session ng kamara.
Malinaw rin aniya na isa itong” baseless at political persecution “.
“The Filipino people will not sit idly by as this government undermines democracy and silences opposition through fabricated accusations” , dagdag pa ni Rep Duterte.

PAGKALAP NG PIRMA
NAKAKALAP ng pirma ang mga mambabatas ng House of Representatives para sa impeachment ni Vice-President Sara Duterte nitong Miyerkules bandang alas -2 ng hapon.
Bago magsimula ang huling araw ng session sa kongreso , umabot na sa 153 ang lumagda sa impeachment ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Una sa listahan ang anak ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos na si House Senior Deputy Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos .
SA PAGTATAPOS NG SESYON
PUMABOR ang 215 sa 306 na miyembro ng Kamara sa ikaapat at bagong impeachment complaint laban kay VP Duterte.
Ang bilang ay higit sa 1/3 o higit sa 102 ang bumotong mambabatas na kinakailangan para maipadala sa Senado at doon lilitisin .
Agad namang inaprubahan ang mosyon ni Speaker Martin Romualdez para ipadala sa Senado ang impeachment complaint.
“There is a motion to direct the Secretary-General to immediately endorse to the Senate the impeachment complaint. Having been filed by more than one-third of the membership of the House, or a total of 215 members, is there any objection? The Chair hears none. The motion is approved. The Secretary-General is so directed,” ani ni Speaker Romualdez.
Ipinaliwanag ni House Secretary General Reginald Velasco na ang impeachment complaint na inaprubahan ng mga mambabatas dahil sa binanggit ang “six major allegations” laban kay Duterte.
Ito ay ang 1. Conspiracy to Assassinate President Marcos, First Lady, at Speaker Romualdez. 2. Malversation ng P612.5 Million sa Confidential Fund. 3. Panunuhol at Korapsyon sa DepEd.4. Hindi Maipaliwanag na Kayamanan at Pagkabigong Ibunyag ang mga Asset 5. Paglahok sa Extrajudicial Killings (Davao Death Squad) at 6. Destabilisasyon, Insurrection , at Public Disorder.
Sinabi ng pamunuan ng Kamara na ang tatlo pang impeachment complaints na inihain laban kay Duterte noong Disyembre ay mananatili sa archive Kamara.
