TURNOVER CEREMONY. Col. Levi Hope B. Basilio assumed his post as the new officer-in-charge of the Pampanga police following the ceremonial turnover rites led by Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. POLICE Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen on Saturday led the turnover of command held at the Pampanga Police Provincial Office in Bale Katimawan, Pampanga PPO, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Col. Levy Hope Basilio was appointed as the new Officer- in-Charge of the Police Provincial Office replacing Col. Alvin Ruby Consolacion.
Basilio is a member of PNPA “Magilas” Class of 2000 and was formerly assigned at the National Capital Region.
His appointment as OIC is like a homecoming to him since he served as the chief of police of Guagua, Porac and City of San Fernando.
The new Pampanga police top cop also puts emphasis on the peace and security framework of PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr.’s “MKK=K” or “Malasakit, Kaayusan Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran.”
“Again, I’m soliciting your support and commitment as I lead PRO3 to make our region, a safer place to live, work, for tourist to visit and do business. Patuloy tayong maglingkod ng buong katapatan para sa patuloy na ikatatahimik at ikauunlad hindi lamang ng Pampanga kungdi maging ng Gitnang Luzon,” Pasiwen said.
