MALACANANG has declared November 25 as a special non-working day in Luna, La Union, in celebration of its town fiesta.
“It is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Luna be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” Proclamation No. 1070 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin read.
